Refunds

Last updated 10 September 2026

The trial exists so you can decide without risk. If something still goes wrong, tell us.

The trial comes first

Seven days of full access with no card. Nothing is paid for the trial, so there is nothing to refund.

Once you are paying

If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of a payment. You do not have to explain why — we do not turn these down, and we will approve a full refund of that period. The money itself is returned by Paddle: they are the merchant of record, so the final decision and the transfer are theirs.

Your statutory right to withdraw

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for services, without giving a reason. Our 14-day refund window covers that right and does not limit it in any way. You keep it regardless of anything written here, and Paddle honours it as merchant of record.

After 14 days

Past the window we do not refund part of a month already under way — that is our own policy, not a legal limit, and Paddle may decide otherwise. Cancel, and your access runs to the end of the month you paid for with nothing charged after that. If the service genuinely did not work as it should, write to us anyway — we deal with those case by case.

How to ask

Email us from the address you log in with and we pass the request to Paddle. They return the money to the payment method it came from, usually within a few working days. You can also go to Paddle directly — they are named as the seller on your receipt and can settle it without us.

Cancelling versus refunding

Cancelling stops future payments and leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for. A refund is a different thing: it returns money already paid. If you want both, say so.
